LORAIN, OH - Carney-McNicholas’ MidWest Fine Art Services and Transportation division is pleased to announce that moving industry veteran and long-time Carney-McNicholas, Inc. employee has invested in and is now owner-operator of a new climate controlled Freightliner Sprinter van. The van is equipped to move temperature sensitive art-work between exhibitions, to and from collectors or conservators, and is especially useful in serving art shipping customers in congested urban areas. The van is equipped with a roof top mounted Carrier climate unit, fully insulated walls and ceiling, and is equipped with e-track for securing fine art shipments for transport. Ron has been with Carney-McNicholas, Inc. since 1985 as a packer and driver, move supervisor, and special projects manager. In addition to being a talented art packer and shipper, Ron runs a custom embroidery firm called Dream Weaver. Dream Weaver does all CM and MFast uniform printing and embroidery.
