Midwest Fine Arts FAST :: Specialized Temperature Controlled Storage Facilities
MidWest Fine Art Service and Transportation Co. LLC offers premium storage facilities to our clients. The 8-year old 40,000 square foot company owned concrete building is situated on 15 rural acres in a suburb of Lorain, OH. The building has multiple docks to address various types of shipping equipment, and skilled handlers to load, unload, and store all types of artwork and collectibles. The building is secured with central station monitored entry and motion alarms, in door and out door cameras with motion trigger recording capabilities and on line access, along with demising screens to segregate collections.

Temperature is controlled year-round with a high-tech air rotation device and is kept at a stable 68-degrees Fahrenheit. Fire detection is also electronically monitored from a central station, and the building is equipped with sprinklers throughout. There is 20,000 square feet of 20 foot high racking in the building. The company also offers 900 square feet of premium office space to conservators, registrars, or curators to handle collection material intimately and securely.

Recent Testimonials:

"Having visited the warehouse and met the team that work there, particularly Charlie Eiben, I just wanted to pass on what a positive experience it was working with them. Charlie was great to work with over the months that the crates were in storage, answering queries promptly and thoroughly and I felt confident that the crates were secure and well looked after.” "The warehouse team worked really carefully and efficiently to unload the trucks, and the staff was a great help in getting all the crates positioned to make the best use of the space."

"I have already recommended Midwest Fine Art storage to my colleagues in the Exhibitions Department here, and hope that we will be able to work together again in the future."
